JOB DESCRIPTION

Preferably this person should have previous workplace experience focused on maintaining good everyday work ethic and implementing best practices. Position responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Crop work.
  • Verbally report any problems with the plants such as diseases and insects.
  • Assist with crop removal and yearly clean up.
  • Assist with planting and establishing new crop
  • Application of clips and support, planting of flowers, and lowering plants.
  • De-leafing of plants and picking tomatoes when required.
  • Pulling weeds, and spraying when required.
  • Clean and maintain the working zone area.
  • Picking.
  • Picking tomatoes on daily basis in assigned are with the quality required standard.
  • De-leafing of plants.
  • Skills and Qualification.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Attention to details.
